No. Forklift and Dogging courses start from zero. You need to be 18+, have basic English, and bring 100 points of ID. Hard hat, safety boots and hi-vis on the day.
Forklift is 3 days; Dogging is 5. After passing your assessment, you apply to SafeWork NSW for the licence and can work on the interim documentation process per SafeWork rules. Many students line up work the same month.
High Risk Work licences are valid for 5 years across Australia, then renewable.
