Under the Data Provision Requirements 2012, the Training Combined (Training Combined) is required to collect personal information about you and to disclose that personal information to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER).

Your personal information (including the personal information contained on this enrolment form and your training activity data) may be used or disclosed by Training Combined for statistical, regulatory and research purposes. Training Combined may disclose your personal information for these purposes to third parties, including:

  • School – if you are a secondary student undertaking VET, including a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship;
  • Employer – if you are enrolled in training paid by your employer;
  • Commonwealth and State or Territory government departments and authorised agencies;
  • NCVER;
  • Organisations conducting student surveys; and
  • Researchers.

Personal information disclosed to NCVER may be used or disclosed for the following purposes:

  • Issuing statements of attainment or qualification, and populating authenticated VET transcripts;
  • facilitating statistics and research relating to education, including surveys;
  • understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information; and
  • administering VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation.

You may receive an NCVER student survey which may be administered by an NCVER employee, agent or third party contractor. You may opt out of the survey at the time of being contacted.

NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the VET Data Policy and all NCVER policies and protocols (including those published on NCVER's website at www.ncver.edu.au).

The information you have provided will remain private and confidential. I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the fees and refund policy as described in the Participant Handbook.

Training Combined has a designated smoking area which is located at the back of classroom 2 and 3 near the back area. This is the only smoking area, if you're unsure of where it is located, please ask the staff.

Student Declaration & Consent

For courses over $500, a deposit must be paid prior to commencement. The remaining balance is due in full on the first day of the course. Please refer to our Fees and Refund policy in the Participant Handbook.

  • That I will not bully, abuse, vilify or fail to treat all people participating, associated with, or in the vicinity of Training Combined training venues with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Training Combined rights and obligations include:

  • To provide quality training and assessment services, compliant to the "Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015", in a competent manner through the provision of quality resources and staff resulting in the issuance of AQF statement of attainment or qualifications.
  • Assessment be performed by qualified assessors with the required knowledge and currency in the needs of industry.
  • Guaranteeing to provide assessment services to customers who have met their obligations with regard to completion of enrolment details, and financial payments.
  • Guaranteeing that in the event that Training Combined cannot deliver a course, a full refund of all monies paid to Training Combined will be refunded to the purchaser.
  • Committing that training will not be offered to participants who fail to pay for the course.
  • Choosing to terminate a customer's training if they fail to uphold these standards.
  • Keeping participants informed of any changes in the service delivery including trainers, our ownership, the engagement of third parties or any other aspect of the participants training experience.

Assessment Agreement

I fully agree with the following terms of licensing Assessment. During the course of this program, I understand and acknowledge that:

  • My final (licensing) assessment will be conducted as a closed book assessment.
  • I will not be able to get any help from any source during the assessment time.
  • Some candidates do fail the assessment.
  • I am required to study at home and in my own time, in addition to the training course.
  • If I leave even one (1) question unanswered or answer it incorrectly, that may cause me to fail the whole exam.
  • If I need more training/learning time, I can ask for my assessment to be deferred and conducted at a later date and in line with the RTO availability.
  • I will be allowed to have a second attempt only after additional training is given to me and no earlier than 48 hours from the time of finishing the first assessment.
  • Re-assessment is not free of charges and the price depends on the amount of additional training required, on top of the assessor fees (a minimum of $300).
  • I can ask for additional theory training prior to the assessment day.
  • I can ask for a different way of explaining, more examples of various situations.
  • Licensing assessment must be done in English language. Spelling mistakes are tolerated.
  • I am aware that I must arrive on time for the licensing exam and that I will not be able to start the exam if I'm even one minute late.
  • I need to bring 100 points of ID readily available as per information sheet.
